David Corio

David Corio is een in Londen geboren fotograaf die zijn professionele carrière begon in 1978. Hij heeft uitgebreid gewerkt als freelance fotograaf voor grote publicaties, waaronder de Daily Telegraph, The Times, Q en Rolling Stone. Zijn werk omvat muziekfotografie (met name van zwarte muzikanten), portretten, reizen en landschapsprojecten. Een aanzienlijk deel van zijn portfolio bestaat uit 'Megaliths', een project van 14 jaar waarin hij prehistorische menhoren in Engeland en Wales vastlegde. Zijn foto's zijn internationaal tentoongesteld geweest in instellingen zoals het Victoria and Albert Museum, de Photographer’s Gallery en Fotografiska.[1,2]
