Max Kandhola

Max Kandhola is een Britse Punjabi Sikh kunstfotograaf en academicus. Hij is momenteel Associate Professor in Photography, Design & Digital Arts aan de Nottingham Trent University. Het werk van Kandhola verkent de complexiteit van de menselijke conditie, culturele identiteit en de politiek van representatie, met een specifieke focus op de Punjabi diaspora. Hij studeerde fotografie aan het Bournville College of Art en de University of Wolverhampton. Zijn praktijk combineert filosofische onderzoeksvragen met cultureel discours en observeert kritisch de relatie tussen menselijke ervaring en sociale politiek.[1,2,3,4]
