Nick Sinclair is a British photographer born in London. He studied Fine Art at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and began his career in 1982 with a series of photographs taken in a circus. After graduating from West Surrey College of Art and Design in 1986, he moved to Amsterdam for three years, where he worked on various projects including 'The Stage' project and commissions for the Gemeente Archief Amsterdam. He is known principally for his portrait photography, with a significant collection held by the National Portrait Gallery in London.[1,3]
