Letem českým světem 1898 - 1998 is a significant photographic and historical project realized by a collective of photographers under the leadership of Jaroslav Bárta (Studio JB). The work features historical photographs originally published in 1898 by publisher J.R. Vilímek, juxtaposed with photographs of the same locations taken 100 years later in 1998. The publication offers a unique visual comparison of the transformation of the Czech lands over a century. The book includes detailed historical studies and descriptions, and its foreword was written by Václav Havel.
