Nicolò Degiorgis is een Italiaanse beeldkunstenaar, fotograaf, uitgever en curator, geboren in Bolzano, Italië. Hij is de oprichter van Rorhof, een onafhankelijke uitgeverij gevestigd in Bolzano. Degiorgis kreeg aanzienlijke erkenning voor zijn fotoboek 'Hidden Islam' (2014), waarin hij provisorische gebedshuizen voor moslims in het noordoosten van Italië documenteert. Zijn werk verkent vaak thema's als religieuze tolerantie, sociale druk en antropologische documentatie door middel van nauwgezette fotografie. Hij heeft sinologie gestudeerd aan de Ca' Foscari University of Venice, politicologie aan de University of Trieste, en volgde aanvullende opleidingen aan Leiden University. Naast zijn fotografische werk is hij actief als curator en docent.[4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13]
