Schetsboek is a playful collection consisting of nine leporello's and eight postcards housed in a sieve-printed cardboard cover. The work features a series of Fuji Instax Mini instant photographs captured by Marco van Duyvendijk during travels to Romania, Nagorno-Karabakh, Thailand, China, South Korea, and Japan. These everyday visual captures are interspersed with literary quotes from the works of J. Slauerhoff, Konstantin Paustovskij, and Ryunosuke Akutagawa.
